At Printed Moments Co., all products are custom-made using the photos and personalization provided by our customers.

Returns

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Providing incorrect photos or information

  • Dissatisfaction with personal preferences (such as image selection or design choices)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at printedmomentsco@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
